Is it worth repairing? – Consumer question

I have an old mtb bike which cost was around 200-250 eur at the moment (like 10 years ago)

It went straight to the garage when the right crank arm fall for the second time. I put a new BB square and right crank but it fall again.

Now, after 4-5 years, I think I should put a new fork, change tires + inner tubes and repair the bb + crank, back brakes, probably chain too

Is it really worth it? Should I just buy a new bike? I have a road bike, it works pretty well but i want a mtb to go somewhere with my friends and also use it as cheap commuter

I was wondering if it was better to buy a new cheap rockrider or something of the sort, but it's a pity to have my old orbea in the garage but feels like a full rework :S
